Shipping Terms

• Local customers & Retailers 1 & 2: DAP (Delivered at Place) We deliver your order directly to your specified address. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance where applicable.
• Distributors 1 & 2: Negotiable - Shipping terms can be agreed based on your location, order volume, and logistics preferences.

Order Processing & Delivery Times:

• Local deliveries: Orders are delivered on Wednesdays. When shipped, we usually dispatch them within 1 business day.
• Retailers 1 & 2: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
• Distributor 1: Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days.
• Distributor 2: Orders are shipped within 10-15 business days.

Most orders are dispatched via DPD, UPS, DHL, or your preferred courier service. For the best value and lowest shipping costs, we recommend placing larger orders on pallets.
